RESIDENTIAL OFFERINGS & OPTIONS
What is this freedom all about? What are the offerings? Is the project a township?
At the heart of Revillage nests our net-zero eco stone homes, Earthship-inspired off-grid homes & camping plots with serene views, abundant natural resources, and a thriving ecosystem.
There are 5 Offerings as following below,
A standard plot is a 200 sqm area, equipped with a drinking water faucet, electric points, and campfire pits. There is also a shared community rest area with showers, toilet facilities, chemical toilet disposal points. Amenities like cafes, stores, and laundry facilities are also located within Revillage
Glamping huts are built on a 200 sqm plot, providing a shelter that meets all human needs for a comfortable stay. Amenities include a sleeping pod, bathrooms, running water, and electricity hookups. Every plot also offers a campfire pit and access to community restrooms and showers. These offer an experiential travel experience that will help you reconnect with nature.
Each homeowner will get a home [each of 200 sqm area] that comes with a 4Kw solar energy system, water will be harvested using the 32sq.km lake and natural springs in our vicinity with individual grey water, black water management systems. We are building the homes of tomorrow – that will give back homeowners free electricity, water, and food for life without the burden of carbon emissions and the freedom to solve pressing issues of their choice

THE FUTURE FOR SELF SUFFICIENT STRUCTRES
POWER GENERATION
We are using Hybrid solar systems generate power in the same way as a common grid-tie solar system but use special hybrid inverters and batteries to store energy for later use. They enable you to store solar energy and use it when you're home during the evening when the cost of electricity is typically at the peak rate.
WATER CONSERVATION
Water can be ‘harvested’ or ‘caught’ from the sky and gathered or stored in cisterns/pits. This ‘catch water’ is then filtered to make ready for human consumption and use through filters. We treat and clean greywater. Flush toilets with treated greywater, clean and clear.
It Improves and adds to conventional systems without replacing. Liquid Waste Water Planters provide for prolific Food Production.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
Most of the substances we allows whcih are bio-degradable. Food producers can solve 100% of their food waste problems by simply organizing an effective composting strategy. And doing so not only eliminates waste, it also saves you money because you don’t need to “outsource” your compost production. Non-biodegradable wastes can be managed by practicing the concept of 4Rs—Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, Recover.
FOOD SUPPLY
We are developing 100 acres of land for permaculture. Besides to this, we designed our homes such that it has kinda self sufficient green houses. we “grow” buildings that help to “grow” people. Our homes are as a kind of social reform, helping to change perspectives on how people can live. Not only live but thrive. This inspires an instinctual, natural awareness that leads to increased creativity and mental and physical healing.
THERMAL COMFORT
Absolutely, there is no cutting back on comfort. Instead we will try to increase the thermal comfort in habitual spaces. Our built structures incorporate 45-60 cm huge insulated walls with appropriate openings. We have lots of sand stone in our site itself. Thus, Stone is the durable and strong material which withstands with any temp. and hazards. The way we design the homes also makes a "out of the box" point.
NET ZERO AIM
Buildings and Construction are responsible for 39% of all carbon emissions in the world. 28% of the world emissions are linked to buildings in use including heating, cooling and lighting etc. 11% of the world’s emissions are linked to the materials manufacture and construction processes. May be which has higher embodied carbon footprint like concrete. Thus, the construction materials and efficiency using in this project will aims for net zero carbon foot print.
RECREATION VALUE
Nestled amongst flatlands, surrounded by hillocks, We are a quaint neighborhood adorning breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset. The area around is rich in topsoil and clay, ideal for communal food production. Surrounding areas include stone quarries that provide the stone for our off grid homes - built with these locally sourced, natural materials. A few natural springs and a large freshwater lake are the primary source of water, the community will also have a catchment set up to harvest seasonal rainwater. Many more like aquatic sports like Kite surfing, kayaking, wildlife, vegetation, topography etc.

At Revillage, We have embarked on a quest to design and build homes that are fully independent in power production, water harvesting, food production and wastewater treatment to develop a natural and waste free way of life. Our community aims to offer a path to a smaller environmental footprint, greater financial freedom, and ultimately a self-sufficient life.
